A word from our sponsor…
Producing this webcomic for a pace of four updates a week takes a lot of time... and it's not cheap for me, what with paper, ink and pens (going all digital would be even more spendy). A little support would help defray costs and make sure I can justify spending money on art supplies and taking time away from the money-earning grind. Everyone gets access to high-rez sketches, and there will be some special bonuses and behind-the-scenes art connected to Star Warp (coming up soon). Higher levels of support get original art, a reduced rate on commissions, and other goodies. If you can help out with a minimum of $3 a month (or a little more... or set a custom pledge, I'm not picky) please check it out right here (and the widget is always available above). Heck, even if you can't pledge check it out - there's some art there unlocked for everyone, and I'd appreciate feedback on the levels and the premiums I'm offering. And if you can’t support my Patreon, maybe support the Comic Fury Patreon to keep this whole site going?
I'm reminded of a gag from a page of the webcomic Okashina Okashi Strange Candy. The gals are jiggling and a caption reads, "Purpose defeating sports bras". ;-)
When I was a kid I worked with a woman half a decade older than me who was equally endowed. One day she was in a hurry, and running through the store with one boob in each hand. She noticed me staring at her and turned red. "If I don't hold them they'd knock me unconscious when I run!"
Nice! I made a Deviant Art account just to see it. I looked into Deviant Art as a platform, but... despite the name, I think its community standards wouldn't allow my comics.
I've been a part of Deviantrt for a long time, but I will say its standards have changed. You'd probably fit right in, but I suspect you'd be happier here anyway. The only advantage you'd get to Deviantart is you'd get more unsolicited traffic. Cross-posting is not necessarily a bad thing though.
Frederik K.T. Anderson started off on Elfwood back in the day, but it kinda collapsed and he moved mostly to Deviantart. He also had a long-running comic called Pawn, but that's kind of evaporated now. He went through some serious life changes a couple years ago and hasn't been in evidence since then. Which is a shame.
